| He'll drop people off at home if they are a little over the limit, and being cool for several reasons. 1) He know's most people will realize they made a stupid mistake the next day and usaully he say's they don't do it
again. 2) But the biggest reason he says it takes too much time to fill out the paper work and it takes him off the streets too long where he could be doing something a little more productive than sitting filling out paper work for a while. He works in Oakland, so he says he has bigger things to worry about than taking somebody barely over the limit to jail and screwing up thier lives for a few years. So maybe you just got pulled over by a cop who was thinking the same thing as my buddy? Who knows, but you did get lucky whatever way you cut it.
